Ingredients

heads green leaf lettuce
use whatever you like, cleaned and chopped

jicama
peeled and cut into 1/4 inch sticks

cucumber
chopped

pineapple chunks

fresh raspberries

avocado
cubed

sliced almonds
Dressing

teaspoon
lemon zest

tablespoons
lemon juice
about 2 lemons

tablespoon
pure maple syrup
or raw honey

tablespoons
fresh grated ginger

tablespoon
white miso paste
tahini would work too
pinch
salt

olive oil
Instructions
Divide the salad ingredients evenly into four bowls.
Top the salad with any protein that you like or enjoy as is.
Make the salad dressing by adding the ingredients to a
blender
and blend until smooth and combined.
Divide the dressing evenly over the 4 salads.
Serve immediately.
