In a large pot over medium high heat melt the coconut oil and red palm oil.

Add the popcorn kernels and cover with a lid.

Shake the pot so that all the popcorn is coated with the oils.

Wait for the popcorn to pop- shaking the pot with hot pads every 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Popping only takes a couple minutes.

Meanwhile melt the butter in a small sauce pan over low heat.

Once the popcorn is done popping pour the popcorn into a large bowl for serving.

Coat the popcorn with the melted butter.

Sprinkle with salt.
