Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Oat Groats
  • 1/4 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 Tbsp Canned Pumpkin BPA free lining prefered
  • 1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 Large Date or 2 small
  • 1/2 Cup Milk of Choice I use 1 Tbsp hemp seeds and 1/2 cup water to make hemp milk
  • 1/2 Ripened Banana optional but I like the extra sweetness it adds and I don't even taste the banana, you could add an extra date instead

Instructions

  1. In a 8-12 oz jar add the two kinds of oats.
  2. In a blender (I like my magic bullet for this) add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Add the mixture to the jar of oats and mix until all the oats are wet.
  4. Add slices of banana.
  5. Let the oats sit in the fridge overnight.

Recipe Notes

* If you do not have a blender you can just chop up the date and mix all the ingredients well by hand.
