  1. Mix all of the ingredients into a bowl and store in an airtight jar.
  2. I recommend using spices within 6 months to preserve the flavors and nutrients.
  3. This can be stored in the freezer to preserve for longer.
  4. Turmeric Milk Instructions: Warm 1 cup of milk on the stove and add 1 teaspoon of the powder. I like to whip it up in a blender so that it gets foamy like a latte.
