Ingredients

  • 2 avocados halved and pit removed
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves diced
  • juice 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Add the avocado flesh to a bowl.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mash together with a fork or spoon.
  3. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3 days.
