Green Goddess Tahini Dressing (Vegan, Nut Free, Paleo)

Ingredients

  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 Tablespoons tahini
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh tarragon leaves chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley leaves chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh chives chopped (or green tops of green onions work, too)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
  2. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 5 days.
