baby spinach

cranberry sauce

ripe persimmon
stem removed and roughly diced (fresh or frozen would work)
1-2
cups
almond milk
Optional add-ins:

Tablespoon
chia seeds

Tablespoon
hemp seeds

teaspoon
baobab powder
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a
blender
, starting with 1 cup of milk.
Run the blender and mix until smooth adding more milk as needed.
Serve immediately.
