1/2cupcubed fresh papayapeeled and seeded (Organic recommended)
1/2cupfrozen mango cubes
1/2teapoon grated fresh gingerif its organic keep the skin on
1/2teapoon grated fresh turmeric or 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2cupalmond milkor milk of choice- water would work too
Pinchground black pepper
1teaspoonbaobab powderoptional but bumps up vitamin C, iron, calcium, and potassium content
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Garnish with a few papaya seeds if desired.
Recipe Notes
They are not great tasting so don't add too many, but papaya seeds are high in fat and protein and a good source of calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus.
Choose organic ingredient when possible.
