Sriracha Date Ketchup

Ingredients

  • 14- 18.3 ounce jar diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 4 large dates pitted
  • 2-4 tablespoon sriracha sauce depending how spicy you like it
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a small saucepan.
  2. Over low heat let the mixture simmer for about 1 hour, mixing occasionally.
  3. Using a immersion blender or regular blender blend the mixture until smooth.
  4. Allow to cool and store in a airtight jar in the refrigerator for a few weeks.
