Orange Vanilla Spinach Smoothie

packed spinach

fresh ginger
sliced into coins (if you have a poor quality blender I recommend grating the ginger)- leave the skin on if organic

fresh turmeric
sliced into coins (grate if you need)- leave the skin on if organic

teaspoon
matcha powder

teaspoon
baobab powder

1/2
teaspoon
vanilla powder
vanilla extract would work too

pinch
ground black pepper
helps your body utilize the turmeric nutrients

zest of one orange
about 1 tablespoons- organic preferred

juice of that orange- any amount it produces

peeled (or substitute 1 cup mango)

coconut water, or almond milk

Add everything to a
blender and blend until smooth.

Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
