large pineapple
peeled, cored, and cut into 1 inch chunks
Instructions
Place the pineapple in a freezer safe bowl with a lid.
Freeze overnight.
When ready to make sorbet, place the frozen pineapple in a
food processor
.
Run the processor for a few minutes until no longer chunky.
It may not be smooth but the pineapple with look a little like ice crystals.
Scrape the pineapple down once or twice and run again for a couple minutes if you need to.
Serve.
