rolled oats

peeled and chopped

cinnamon

ginger
ground
pinch
cloves
ground

milk of choice
more or less depending on the thickness you like

unsweetened coconut flakes

chopped walnuts

raisins or dried currants
Instructions
Add the oats to a 16 oz jar.
Blend dates, banana, carrot, spices, and milk in a
blender
until pureed.
Top with coconut, nuts, and dried fruit.
Store in the fridge overnight, covered (or at least a few hours).
