Ingredients
Basic Milkshake:

large banana
peeled (frozen if desired)

raw cacao powder
or unsweetened cocoa powder

Tbsp
hemp seeds
+ 3/4 cup water
or 3/4 milk of choice-more or less depending on how thick or thin you like it
Optional but suggested add ins
add some of them or all of them
1/2
tsp
cinnamon
ground
pinch
cardamom
ground
1/2
Tbsp
maca powder
1
Tbsp
chia seeds
Instructions
Put desired ingredients into a
blender
.
Blend.
Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
