Seed Mix

milk of choice or water
I used almond

raw honey

cinnamon

Maca Powder
optional

full fat Coconut Milk

vanilla

chopped almonds
or your favorite nut

banana
peeled and sliced
Optional Add Ins:
Chia seeds
hemp seeds
, fresh or frozen berries, raisins, dried currents, goji berries, unsweetened coconut flakes
Instructions
In a small sauce pan over medium heat cook the seed mix and milk.
Cook until all the liquid is absorbed and the seeds are soft about 10-15 min.
Add in the honey, cinnamon, and maca.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
Drizzle with coconut milk and vanilla.
Top with nuts, banana, and optional add ins.
Serve warm.
