Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz bag Frozen Organic Raspberries about 2 cups, thawed
  • 4 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Raw Honey
  • 4 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Pepper
  • 4 Tablespoons Water
  • 2 teaspoons Chia Seeds optional
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth and all ingredients are combined.
  2. Store in an airtight container for 1 week.
