Ingredients

  • 1 Large Carrot julienne (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1 Large Cucumber julienne (about 2 cups)
  • 1 Stalk Green Onion thinly sliced (about 2 Tbsp)
  • 2 1/2 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 2 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Black Sesame Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flake or Cayenne Pepper more or less depending on heat desired

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
