Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Quinoa any color- I mixed white and red here
  • 1/2 Cup Millet
  • 1/2 Cup Buckwheat Groats

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a jar.
  2. Cover with an airtight lid.
  3. Give the jar a few shakes to mix the seeds.
  4. Store in a dry place.
