Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce I use this homemade recipe
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 large garlic cloves peeled
  • 2 tablespoon diced onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger root minced
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients into blender and blend on high speed until well combined.
  2. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
