more or less depending how spicy you like it

In a large bowl add the coconut chips (3 cups).

Coat the coconut chips in 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil.

Pick your spice mix and toss to coat.

Spread out on a lined sheet pan.

Bake in a 325 degree oven for 5-7 minutes, keeping a close eye out as they can burn quickly.

Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
