Gut healing is multifactorial and requires physiological and psychological interventions. 💩🧠

Adrenal fatigue is BS! There I said it.🤯

This is a term tossed around a lot but here me out on this one. Because I want to let you in on what is REALLY going on so you don’t make the mistake of addressing the wrong issue.🤕

This term adrenal fatigue can make it sound a bit like a simple issue. Just heal the adrenals and I am good to go. If I just support my adrenals- life will be well and I can go about my business in great health with ample amounts of energy.🔋

Not so fast!❌

We can often be told we have adrenal fatigue when we show signs of low cortisol (a stress hormone produced by the adrenals with direction from the brain).🧠

But Addison’s disease is the ONLY condition in which the adrenals can’t produce adequate cortisol. This is an autoimmune condition.😮‍💨

But that doesn’t mean there isn’t something wrong or that your symptoms like fatigue are just in your head.🙋🏻‍♀️
