Frequently Asked Questions

Do you work with men and children as well?

Yes I can work with men and children as long it is the perfect fit for both parties. Many of the men and children I work with are the partners or kids of my female clients.

Can you work with me if I don’t live near you?

Yes!  I work remotely with all of my clients.  We would communicate via my client online portal and have all of our sessions via Zoom video conferencing.  Any lab tests we may utilize are mailed directly to you or information is sent to you online and then you would mail your samples back to the lab.

Do you work with pregnant or breastfeeding women?

Yes I do work with pregnant or breastfeeding women as long it is the perfect fit for both parties.  There are some limitations as to what can be done during these phases of life but there is still a lot one can do to support their health.

Where do I order my labs from?

I do all of the work for you.  You don’t have to order any labs and you don’t need to go through your doctor either.  I have all of your labs mailed directly to you at home or information sent to you online.

How much are your packages?

I like to talk to potential clients first because I want to make sure we are a good fit for each other.  I also want to hear your story and listen to what symptoms you have been experiencing to make sure I am 100% confident I can support you.  This way I can better assess what package and what tests might be best for you.  Please apply to work with me through the button below and we will discuss further details.  The price ranges of my services are listed in the breakthrough session form so you have an idea.

Do you accept insurance?

I currently do not accept insurance.  Lab tests may be covered but it depends on your insurance coverage.  If your insurance pays for out of network labs then you may be able to get partial or full coverage for labs.  Few labs will submit to insurance but most labs will provide you with a receipt which you can turn into your insurance to see if they will cover the cost.  Under many circumstances you can use HSA (health savings accounts) to cover costs but I recommend checking first to make sure.  I also can offer anyone in the USA the option to look into applying for Advance Care Card that has the opportunity to access a 15 month no interest plan to those that qualify.

What types of protocol do you put people on?

This isn’t about providing people with cookie cutter protocols. Even if clients has the same symptoms or same diagnosis present I don’t reach for the same recommendations for everyone. There isn’t ever a one size fits all approaches. We are all bio-individual but we also might resonate with different strategies. It is more about working with the person in front of me and helping them come up with a plan they feel good about implementing using my knowledge, experience and energy testing to help determine what the body needs.

This means we would be working as a team! YOU are in the driver’s seat and I am in the passenger seat. It is about listening to you (the client), establishing a good relationship, supporting you, helping keep you accountable, and putting our brains together to determine action steps.

My approach is…

  • Trauma-informed
  • Whole-person/whole-system orientated
  • Client-centered
  • Epigenetic-based
  • Collaborative
  • Empowering (personal responsibility!)
  • Transformational

How long will the protocol last?

As long as it takes to get you feeling better.  Everyone is so different and heals at different rates.  It often depends on what you have going on.  More complex situations can take a lot longer to heal.  On average I work with clients for 6-12 months but that may be different for you.

As a general idea, consider that for every year one has had dysfunction going on beneath the surface (not just noticeable symptoms), it takes on average 1-2 months of healing, provided that…

  • There is no unresolved emotional trauma at play
  • One is getting AMPLE amounts of REST (which is different than sleep)
  • And, one spends more time in rest and digest mode than in fight, flight, freeze, or fawn

The healing journey is not linear, time bound, a destination, nor without ups and downs.  It cannot be reduced to any one or more specific approaches, protocols, methods, etc.  It’s a continuous and ever-evolving process of:

•exploration

•discovery

•action

•evaluation

•course correction
