My name is Sara Korzeniewski, RD, CLT, FDN-P and for almost two decades I have been studying health and nutrition.  And I get how you’re feeling.  I understand the struggle. I myself spent years battling symptoms that I wasn’t finding answers for from any practitioner I tried, my PCP, holistic nurse practitioner, or naturopath.  I thought I was eating healthy and working out but I still didn’t feel as good as I thought I should.  I struggled with teenage acne (that I went on birth control pills for) that followed me into my adulthood.  In my 30’s I developed new symptoms: digestive issues in the form of constipation, bloating, and skin rashes like eczema.  It was getting more and more difficult to control my weight.  I knew something wasn’t right.  I finally found a doctor that ran some tests (via blood) and they came back “normal.”  I tried every supplement, cream, lotion, and potion but nothing worked.  

Then I found functional medicine and started looking for the root cause of my symptoms.  I started with functional lab work which was helpful to a point but just led me to taking countless supplements and didn’t lead to much progress.  How was I still stuck?  I was doing everything I could, or so I thought!  Until I learned more and dug much deeper.  What I discovered was truly eye opening to me.  How is this not being taught to everyone by every practitioner looking to help people heal?  Now I am on a mission to help other women find the answers that I was finally able to find.
