Attention, ladies! 🙋🏻‍♀️

Did you know parasites can invade your uterus, ovaries, and endometrial lining? 🤔

It’s not just our digestive tract that parasites love to inhabit - they can make a home in any body organ, including female reproductive organs. 😟

The uterus is a perfect hollow space isolated from the digestive tract. 👩🏻‍🤝‍👩🏽

But what’s more concerning is that the cells of the endometrial lining are specifically designed for that part of the uterus, meaning they have no business being outside of it. 🤯

How did they get there? And why is no one talking about this?🦠

Parasites can contribute to a range of gynecological conditions in women, including irregular periods, heavy bleeding, painful cramps, and even infertility. 🩸

So it’s critical that we protect ourselves from these insidious invaders. 💕

But like our furry friends, we too can benefit from getting dewormed regularly. Doing so can safeguard our bodies against parasites that may be wreaking havoc on our health.😯

I am not a fan of a one-size-fits-all strategy for gut healing.💩❌

So when I hear people say that EVERYONE should avoid dairy because it is inflammatory or unhealthy, I roll my eyes.🤦🏻‍♀️

The truth is that for many, when we take into account quality and how it is prepared, dairy has the potential to be a helpful factor in gut healing.❤️‍🩹

But it will ultimately be bio-individual.🙋🏻‍♀️

For those who think they cannot tolerate dairy, 24-hour yogurt made with raw, unpasteurized dairy can be a great option. The 24-hour fermentation allows more of the lactose, which can be really hard for the gut to digest, to be broken down.🥛

For those with a true allergy or sensitivity, alternatives to cow’s milk yogurt include goat, camel, sheep, or coconut milk.🥥

Reasons I include 24-hour fermented raw milk dairy into my diet and use it with clients as a possible healing intervention….

✅Nutrient-dense, fermented foods can often be introduced slowly and gradually, even for sensitive individuals.
✅Easy to digest with zero fiber, soothing to an inflamed gut.
✅Rich in beneficial bacteria, aiding in restoring gut health.
✅Low in lactose due to fermentation.
✅Provide bioavailable calcium and blood-sugar-friendly carbohydrates.
✅Can be used topically or in enemas to address microbial issues and soothe inflammation.
✅Simple to make and valuable for healing.
✅It’s delicious when made right.
