2015 has been a great year for sure.  While it has been full of highs and lows I feel very lucky in many ways.  I am very fortunate for sure!  I am grateful to all of you and your support.  I enjoy your feedback and seeing the pictures that you post of the recipes that you are making (and enjoying) from The Organic Dietitian.  It is always wonderful to know that all the work that goes into recipes and posts are having positive effects on so many on you.

This year I hope to bring you many more healthy recipes and helpful nutrition posts.  I hope to be able to work with  more of you one on one to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.  I have a few projects in mind and can’t wait to share them with you in the new year.
